Who We Are

The Fredericton Choral Society is a large, non-auditioning, non-denominational mixed voice community choir based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. We are dedicated to preparing and performing great works of music. We draw our diverse membership of young and old singers from the greater Fredericton area and beyond.

What We Do

Although we often sing from the repertoire of masses, oratorios, and other works in the Christian tradition, we often include non-Christian, secular, and popular selections as well. The Fredericton Choral Society also performs works by contemporary Canadian composers, and regularly features soloists from the Maritimes in our concerts. 

We frequently call on our sister organization, the Fredericton Chamber Orchestra, to add orchestral brilliance to our joint concerts.
